Payment - Every purchase you make at West Coast Books will be 100% safe. Your transactions will be secure and private. You can use Visa, Mastercard or PAYPAL, however if you would prefer to use more traditional means, please feel free to phone, fax or post your order to us. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Privacy - We will never sell or exchange your personal information. We will never release personal information about you to anyone else.

Currency - All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). There are no extra charges or commission. This is converted to your local currency by your credit card issuer, NOT by us. Your card statement will show the NZ$ amount we debited and its equivalent in your local currency.

Tax Charges All prices include tax.

Right of Return - If you are unsatisfied because an item was damaged in shipment or an incorrect item was shipped, we can send a replacement. You must first contact us
